Time management

Time management
The most significant way to change your life is to start to manage your time. Be conscious of how you use your precious time (life).
Time is important as it is the measurement of life. You can also use time management to train up your discipline. Many people could not change their life simply because they do not have discipline to control themselves. This includes the control of time and emotions.
Our body is bound to a natural cycle for balancing our energies. If you feel tired or low energy all the time, that means you are losing the balance.
Do not work too much or too less
If you are being trapped in a job that messing up your natural cycle, please find another job.
If you do not have enough work to do and you could do nothing but just waiting for getting off from work, please also find another job. It is because you will soon be losing your desire of everything (including life) if you are wasting time in doing nothing.

Have enough sleep
How many hours of sleep do you need everyday? You have to ask yourself this question. Some people feel that they only need 5 hours, some may need 8 hours.
If you cannot wake up everyday, you are surely having the block of desire to live. Sleeping could be a way of escaping life.

(我承認有時用睡覺去逃避事情...最慘的是我真的有點渴睡症)
If you cannot sleep well everyday, surely you have the problem of overloading yourself; you could be overworking or thinking too much.
Find time for relaxing or playing
It could just be 10 minutes everyday. If you do not have even 10 minutes to relax everyday, I really feel very sorry for you.

To relax or play is to make space for creating the next moment. It is really important for you to be happy in order to remembering and achieving your purposes.
